mini vacation

Hey guys i greet you from the A-T-L. Lydia and I are with my parents on a little excursion. Everyone keeps telling us that life will change drastically when the baby comes. So, this is kind of our last hurrah of freedom before the shackles of parenthood are firmly fastened to our appendages. This dumb hotel has high speed, but for some reason I can't get gmail.

yesterday we ate at my all time favorite Atlanta joint. It's called pappadeaux, and it's some of the best Cajun food you can find inland. I drowned myself in crawfish ettoufee and fried crawfish. It was quite tasty.

I'm not sure whats on tap for today, but thats the joy of vacation.

in honor of one of our new vavorite shows on vh1, i may start ending all of my post with this...

"God is love
Rev Run"

That's a funny sign off. I've never heard of Rev Run, but I love "God is love." It's one of my favorite verses. We went to Atlanta this weekend (as you know). We went to that state park with the big rock, can't remember the name. Big Rock Mountain? Probably not. Anyway, it was fun. Lots of beautiful babies make for good people watching. I think you guys might enjoy it. Parking's $8, and you can get an all day pass to all their money things for $22 per head, or just enjoy the free stuff, or pay for whichever money thing you want to do. We rode the lift thing to the top of the mountain and back down and had icees at the top, $10 a head, including icees. The icees were a first for my three indian friends, so it was worth it for that reason. Have fun. Make sure you guys take water with you wherever you go, especially Sippy!! It's hot down there! (BUt you probably noticed that)

Stone Mountain?

Ah, Pappadeaux. Love their crabcakes! We ate there when we closed on the house, to celebrate.

Yeah, baby will change things, but then you'll start to normalize. You already have TiVo, so you'll be fine.
